Coperion
Coperion's video was engineered to peel back the exterior casing and reveal the intricate internal mechanics driving their sifting machinery. In dry solids manufacturing, processing plants face constant friction from screen blinding, material contamination, and prolonged cleanout cycles. Relying on traditional gravity-fed sifting methods risks extensive production halts and compromised hygiene. Our design team at Advids focused on these issues to show how adopting a modern centrifugal sifting technology preserves operational integrity.
Our visual strategy initiates with a clean, high-fidelity three-dimensional cross-section of the sifter housing. We centered this powder-processing mechanical breakdown on a high-contrast layout, contrasting the rugged metallic exterior against illuminated particle flows and precise mechanical paths. By visually isolating the feed screw, the rotating paddle assemblies, and the cantilevered support frame, the composition simplifies complex CAD data. This deliberate spatial arrangement highlights the rapid screen-removal process, so that Plant Operators immediately grasp the time-saving maintenance value.
To bring this system to life, we utilized precise rotational physics and clear particle-dispersion simulations to demonstrate the flow of material through the mesh cage. This technical machinery performance showcase utilizes a neutral, modern industrial palette that highlights clean steel structures and safety markings, minimizing cognitive load for the viewer. By staging the camera angles to mirror a physical maintenance inspection, the animation maintains a calm, focused pacing that prevents viewer fatigue. Ultimately, the authoritative design builds absolute confidence in the equipment's hygienic efficiency, motivating decision-makers to upgrade their processing lines.
