Malvern Panalytical
Malvern Panalytical's video was engineered to prove the enhanced throughput and reduced downtime achieved by their automated sample assistant. In high-throughput particle characterization environments, manually swapping delicate capillary cells and cuvettes causes persistent physical bottlenecks and high operational wear. This manual approach exposes fragile samples to ambient degradation, driving up laboratory costs and slowing down vital formulation development. Our team at Advids built this project to demonstrate how robotic workflow automation solves these issues by automating routine sample handling directly on the benchtop.
We structured the visual interface layout for Malvern Panalytical with absolute clarity, prioritizing clear geometric divisions and clean spatial hierarchies. Our team executed this laboratory automation feature walkthrough by pairing detailed software interface captures of the ZS Explorer platform with the physical equipment. We framed the color-coded tray configuration screens next to the automated robotic arm and its integrated thermal block tray. This physical-to-digital composition directly links software configurations to hardware actions, so that Laboratory Scientists immediately grasp the time-saving value.
Our animation strategy relies on precise coordinate pacing, matching the physical robotic sample routing to active highlights on the digital interface. This step-by-step feature breakdown pairs high-contrast framing with a structured layout to reduce cognitive load and prevent viewer fatigue. By utilizing a clinical laboratory aesthetic with crisp typographic titles, we keep the complex chemical and physical variables readable. Ultimately, our design team established a reassuring, authoritative tone that builds deep professional trust, driving Laboratory Scientists to integrate Malvern Panalytical's automated solution into their facilities.
