AI Animated Video for AxxonSoft: Surveillance AI a Guard Can See

AxxonSoft needed security buyers to see what its AI video analytics, built with Intel technologies, actually do on a camera feed. This AI animated video sets 2D airport and mall scenes around real camera feeds and software screens, so each detection appears as an alert an operator could act on: "FACE MASK not detected", "MAN-DOWN DETECTED" and a face search that returns 2 matches at "88%".

The problem: "AI-powered" means nothing until an operator sees the alert

AxxonSoft's YouTube description sets the scale: "over 150,000 projects with 2.5 million cameras installed" and "more than 5,800 certified partners in 100+ countries". The partners who sell and install the system hear the same AI claim from every video management vendor, so the word on its own changes nothing.

A security buyer wants 3 things before believing an AI claim: what a detection looks like on a real camera, what the alert says, and how much computer it takes to run. The video had to show all 3, in the kind of places those partners install: a terminal, a check-in desk, a mall and a control room.

How the video turns each AI claim into an alert, scene by scene

Every claim arrives as an on-screen label or a software screen, so the argument reads with the sound off. Select a time to play that scene above.

TimeOn screenWhat it does
A 2D traveler and a guard at glass doors, then a wide isometric terminal with a baggage belt, escalators and travelers, then camera views of the same terminal on screens.Sets the kind of crowded public space the system watches.
A white helix of data with alert icons, 2 characters in lab coats beside screens of a car, numbered figures and faces, then the Intel IoT Solutions Alliance "Video Specialist" logo beside the AxxonSoft logo.Pictures the AI as a lab at work and names the Intel partnership early.
An operator at 3 monitors with real camera feeds labeled "FACE MASK not detected", "Social distancing violation detected" and "Video Fragment & Snapshot sent", then floating screens: "Search for vehicle by License Plate number", "TIMECOMPRESSOR", "AI Human Behavior".Shows what an alert looks like on the operator's own screens.
"150,000+ successfully Implemented projects," over abstract blue shapes, then a wireframe window that becomes a real "FACE SEARCH" screen with "Similarity, %" set to 75, 2 matches at "88%" and "Found:2".Gives the scale once, then shows a search result an investigator would get.
Travelers in the terminal with colored skeleton lines and the label "Human AI Detection", an inset with "ALARM TRIGGERED" and "MAN-DOWN DETECTED", then Task Manager on "Intel(R) Core(TM) i7-8700 CPU @ 3.20GHz" at "7%" beside a grid of camera feeds.Makes the model visible on people, then answers the hardware question.
A masked check-in agent and a passenger without a mask, with the alert "Prohibited to board, no face mask detected.", then a paused video, a search screen of park camera thumbnails, and a laptop showing the AxxonSoft and Intel logos.Turns a detection into a decision at a real counter.
A mall with a "BOOKSTORE" and a "14/14" counter over its door, alert icons near a guard, an isometric floor with "BANK" and "SHOP" signs, then a guard and a manager at a map table with camera pins.Moves the same system into retail and ends at the control desk.
A live-action shot of operators at a control room bank of monitors, then the Intel and AxxonSoft logos on white.Closes on real operators and the 2 brands.

Storyboard: the frames that carry the AxxonSoft AI animated video

Key frames from the finished video, in order. Select a time to play that moment above.

  • Frame at 0:05: 2D isometric airport terminal with a baggage belt, escalators and travelers with suitcases
The setting: a crowded terminal, the kind of site the system watches.
  • Frame at 0:20: 2D operator at 3 monitors showing camera feeds labeled "FACE MASK not detected", "Social distancing violation detected" and "Video Fragment & Snapshot sent"
Alerts arrive as labels on real camera feeds.
  • Frame at 0:23: operator among floating screens with "Search for vehicle by License Plate number", "TIMECOMPRESSOR" and "AI Human Behavior"
Search tools float around the operator, one per task.
  • Frame at 0:29: the on-screen line "150,000+ successfully Implemented projects," over abstract blue shapes
The one scale figure: "150,000+" projects.
  • Frame at 0:34: FACE SEARCH screen with "Similarity, %" set to 75, a reference photo, 2 matches at "88%" and "Found:2"
A real face search returns 2 matches at "88%".
  • Frame at 0:38: travelers in a terminal with colored skeleton lines, the label "Human AI Detection" and an inset reading "ALARM TRIGGERED" and "MAN-DOWN DETECTED"
The AI made visible: skeleton lines on the travelers.
  • Frame at 0:41: Task Manager on "Intel(R) Core(TM) i7-8700 CPU @ 3.20GHz" at "7%" utilization next to a grid of camera feeds
The hardware answer: CPU at "7%" beside a grid of feeds.
  • Frame at 0:48: 2D check-in desk with a masked agent, a passenger without a mask and the alert "Prohibited to board, no face mask detected."
A detection becomes a decision at the check-in desk.
  • Frame at 1:00: 2D mall with a "BOOKSTORE" sign, a "14/14" counter over the door, alert icons and a guard walking past shoppers
The same system moves into retail: a "14/14" counter at the bookstore.
  • Frame at 1:14: a guard and a manager at a map table with pink camera pins, operators in headsets on a screen behind them
It ends at the control desk: cameras pinned on a map.

4 decisions behind the AxxonSoft AI animated video

Decision 1

Draw the AI as lines on people

At 0:36 the travelers in the terminal carry colored skeleton lines under the label "Human AI Detection", and an inset flags "MAN-DOWN DETECTED". The model stops being a claim and becomes something an operator can watch.

Copy it: Show what your model sees as an overlay on the scene, not as a diagram beside it.

Decision 2

Put real screens inside the animation

At 0:32 a drawn window turns into a real "FACE SEARCH" screen with "Similarity, %", 2 matches at "88%" and "Found:2". At 0:18 the operator's monitors show real camera feeds with real alert labels.

Copy it: Animate the setting and the people, then drop actual product screens into the frame wherever a buyer would doubt a drawing.

Decision 3

Show the hardware cost on screen

At 0:40 Task Manager reads "Intel(R) Core(TM) i7-8700 CPU @ 3.20GHz" at "7%" next to a grid of camera feeds. It ties the Intel partnership in the title to the question an integrator asks about servers.

Copy it: If buyers worry about running cost, show the meter they would check themselves.

Decision 4

One detection per place

The terminal gets the man-down alert (0:38), the check-in desk gets "Prohibited to board, no face mask detected." (0:48) and the mall gets a "14/14" counter over the bookstore (1:00). Each site shows one use, so partners can match it to their own clients.

Copy it: List the venues your buyers sell into and give each one a single feature, not the whole list.

From AxxonSoft feature list to terminal, check-in and mall scenes

  1. Venue design. The airport terminal, check-in desk, mall floor and control room were designed as 2D environments in one blue palette.
  2. Character animation. Travelers, shoppers, guards, operators and the 2 lab characters were drawn and animated in 2D.
  3. Screen integration. Real camera feeds and software screens, from the face search to Task Manager, were placed inside drawn monitors and windows.
  4. Detection effects. Skeleton lines, alert labels, the data helix and the camera pins were built as visual effects over the scenes.
  5. Compositing and grade. The 2D scenes, screen captures and the closing live-action shot were composited and color graded.
  6. Sound and edit. Sound design and the final edit paced each venue change across the 1:21 running time.

Scope of work:

  • 2D character animation
  • Environment design
  • Motion graphics integration
  • Visual effects
  • Sound design
  • Compositing
  • Final editing
  • Color grading

Production took 3 to 4 weeks on a budget of $1,200 to $2,000. See the 2D video production service for how a project like this is scoped.

Questions about the AxxonSoft AI animated video

How does the AxxonSoft video show what the AI detects?

It draws the detection on the people. From 0:36 the travelers in the terminal carry colored skeleton lines under the label "Human AI Detection", and an inset shows "ALARM TRIGGERED" and "MAN-DOWN DETECTED".

Why does an animated video include real software screens?

A drawn search result proves nothing to a security buyer. At 0:32 a wireframe window becomes a real "FACE SEARCH" screen with "Similarity, %" set to 75, 2 matches at "88%" and "Found:2".

What is the Task Manager screen at 0:40 for?

It answers the hardware question. The screen reads "Intel(R) Core(TM) i7-8700 CPU @ 3.20GHz" at "7%" beside a grid of camera feeds, which ties the video back to the AxxonSoft and Intel partnership named in its title.

Which alerts appear in the video?

"FACE MASK not detected", "Social distancing violation detected" and "Video Fragment & Snapshot sent" on the operator's monitors at 0:20, "MAN-DOWN DETECTED" at 0:38, and "Prohibited to board, no face mask detected." at the check-in desk at 0:48.

Which venues does the AxxonSoft video cover?

An airport terminal (0:00), a check-in desk (0:44), a mall with a bookstore, a bank and shops (0:58 to 1:11) and a control room with a map of camera pins (1:12), before a live-action shot of real operators at 1:16.

What did the AxxonSoft AI animated video take to make?

The scope covered 2D character animation, environment design, motion graphics integration, visual effects, sound design, compositing, final editing and color grading. Production took 3 to 4 weeks on a budget of $1,200 to $2,000.
