Henan Daswell Machinery
Daswell's video is crafted to track the physical transformation of raw materials through their industrial workflow. In the heavy-quarry and mining industries, managing high-volume aggregate processing requires synchronized machinery configurations. Without a structured sorting system, operators face severe bottlenecks, inaccurate material sizing, and accelerated equipment wear. Failing to establish a robust infrastructure results in significant production delays and unoptimized output from a lack of closed-loop material routing.
Our design team at Advids established a clean, high-fidelity layout to map the entire Daswell equipment ecosystem from the initial intake point. This stone processing plant simulation utilizes detailed 3D CAD models of the Daswell jaw crusher, vibrating screens, and cone crusher to demonstrate the exact path of the aggregate. By incorporating precise cross-sectional cutaways of the screening decks, we illustrated the separation of materials into specific sizing grades so that quarry operators immediately grasp the mechanical flow and equipment layout.
To convey operational efficiency, we animated the continuous flow of stones along the conveyor network, showing the real-time sorting and secondary crushing of oversized materials. This industrial system walkthrough maintains a clean, low-distraction visual aesthetic with highly clear labeling, which prevents viewer fatigue while explaining complex mechanical interactions. The systematic pacing of the Daswell machinery simulation ensures technical clarity, helping to establish credibility and guide decision-makers toward their procurement choices.
