Coperion
Coperion's video is crafted to track the physical transformation of raw materials through their industrial workflow. In the high-stakes environment of bulk material handling, any breakdown in the sequence leads to catastrophic production halts. Without a unified approach to material flow management, Facility Engineers face inefficient throughput and frequent manual interventions. Our team designed this narrative to show how moving from siloed components to a connected system prevents these operational bottlenecks.
Our design team structured the 3D environment using a cutaway methodology to reveal the internal mechanics of each processing stage. This industrial processing visual breakdown utilizes transparent housing for the airlocks and sifters to expose the internal rotor alignment and material distribution. We prioritized spatial composition and clear labeling of the Global Hygienic Airlock and Centrifugal Sifter to isolate critical mechanical components. We mapped these technical details so that Plant Operators immediately grasp the ROI of a precision-engineered hygienic system.
The motion strategy employs a synchronized material flow path that routes through the entire facility, from blowers to bulk bag fillers. Integrating this technical systems structural showcase required a deliberate focus on the pacing of the 3D camera to maintain high viewer engagement without causing disorientation. We utilized a clean, high-contrast industrial aesthetic to reduce cognitive load while highlighting the safety protocols and modular assembly. By emphasizing the steady, uninterrupted movement of material, Advids created an authoritative visual guide that builds absolute trust in the system's reliability.
