Comexi
Comexi's video was created to show how physical printing machinery synchronizes directly with digital press control interfaces. In high-volume packaging manufacturing, tracking press sleeves and verifying coordinates manually often leads to catastrophic printing defects. Without automated validation, operators face expensive print misalignments, physical machinery damage, and severe setup delays. Our goal was to clearly illustrate how RFID-enabled sleeve traceability eliminates these operational errors by verifying technical specifications in real time.
Our design team at Advids anchored the Comexi visual layout in clean, industrial-grade close-ups of a yellow robotic arm positioned over the metallic print sleeves. This printing-automation visual walkthrough isolates key physical elements, spotlighting the glowing blue-ringed RFID collars embedded directly into the cylinder ends. The screen composition balances these mechanical views with crisp UI layouts displaying precise plate measurements and red interlock error screens. We structured this clean interface presentation so that Floor Managers immediately grasp the operational safety and automated verification value.
Our animation team used synchronized kinetic motion to trace the robotic arm as it scans and maneuvers the cylinders into the storage rack. The transitions introduce binary data overlays floating over the hardware, reinforcing the physical-to-digital data flow during this functional system demonstration. The overall aesthetic relies on an uncluttered, high-contrast industrial palette to minimize cognitive fatigue, guiding the eye directly to the critical data points on screen. Ultimately, this structured pacing combined with an authoritative technical tone establishes Comexi as an engineering leader, driving decision-makers to embrace modern plant automation with absolute trust.
