Developed by Advids specifically for field technicians, the production addresses the high operational stakes of offline fault diagnostics. When a communication dongle disconnects from the central network, operators face zero visibility into daily energy yields, unmonitored system errors, and a total loss of remote update capabilities. This breakdown in transmission demands immediate intervention to prevent prolonged operational blind spots and costly site visits.
Our design team framed this photovoltaic hardware troubleshooting guide around clear, high-contrast visual compositions that split focus between physical hardware and mobile application interfaces. We positioned a dual-frame layout displaying the physical Sungrow inverter communication module alongside the mobile screen, guiding viewers through the ten-second hardware reset button sequence. High-resolution close-up framing shows the precise location of the QR code scan, aligning the physical installation process with the mobile interface setup steps. This structural layout provides immediate clarity, so that field technicians immediately grasp the correct diagnostic sequence needed to restore network communication.
We executed the motion strategy using clean interface transitions and dynamic highlight overlays that focus the eye on critical settings within the mobile application. This step-by-step technical walkthrough minimizes cognitive load by aligning each motion path with the logical flow of local network settings and router whitelisting tasks. The clean, distraction-free interface structure keeps technical viewers engaged without causing visual fatigue, organizing complex information into digestible segments. Ultimately, the authoritative Polish voiceover coupled with a clear, supportive concluding directive drives the final technical hotline call-to-action, establishing Sungrow as a reliable technical partner.
