We initiated the design process by structuring clean, high-fidelity mockups of the client's merchant interface and consumer-facing hub. This customer portal walkthrough visually organizes the user interface into distinct, modular cards for order tracking, available coupons, and personalized product recommendations. We balanced the crisp digital interfaces with split-screen lifestyle footage, anchoring the abstract transactional steps to human actions. Every UI layer was built with generous whitespace and simplified typography so that E-commerce Merchants immediately grasp the ROI of self-service customer hubs.
Our animation team utilized crisp screen-slide transitions and simulated cursor interactions to mimic actual platform usage. We structured this software capability overview around a warm, earthy palette that complements the lifestyle imagery while maintaining the high-contrast clarity needed to prevent viewer cognitive fatigue.
