Mosaic
Mosaic's video was created to show how physical machinery synchronizes with digital control centers. In the demanding field of additive manufacturing, engineering teams often face severe bottlenecks due to material limitations and disjointed printer management tools. Sticking with standard, single-material systems risks production halts and severely limits prototyping flexibility, leaving organizations unable to scale their manufacturing output. We produced this video to illustrate how their flagship printer solves these engineering constraints by pairing rugged hardware with enterprise-grade cloud control.
Our design team structured the visual framework to directly match the clean, high-contrast industrial design of the printer itself. We mapped this hardware and software platform tour to highlight key physical assets, detailing the high-temperature chamber that reaches 80°C alongside the 450°C print nozzle. The layout showcases the static architecture of the all-metal gantry and the modular material pod array, illustrating how spools of third-party filaments sit within the system via NFC tag integration. Our team highlighted these physical parameters to build trust, so that Manufacturing Engineers immediately grasp the operational versatility of the hardware.
The animation relies on crisp, calculated transitions that mirror the precision coordinates of the printer's internal motion systems. This hardware capabilities overview is balanced by a dark-mode UI presentation that reduces cognitive load, allowing the green accent cues to guide the viewer's eye through complex setup steps. Advids engineered this rhythm to match the operational tempo of a modern manufacturing facility, preventing visual fatigue during technical breakdowns. The authoritative, measured voiceover paired with clean, geometric overlays establishes deep credibility and guides R&D Leads straight to the final call to action.
