Tk Elevator
TK Elevator's video was created to show how physical machinery synchronizes with cloud-based digital control centers. Facility managers managing vertical mobility often struggle with unexpected mechanical wear and operational silos that lead to unplanned elevator downtime. Without a modern diagnostic system, building operators face high maintenance costs and prolonged building disruptions from reactive repairs. Our team at Advids designed this narrative around the core technical concept of predictive IoT maintenance to illustrate how proactive monitoring eliminates these operational bottlenecks.
We established the visual foundation for TK Elevator by rendering highly detailed 3D engineering CAD models of the hardware components and elevator shaft. The layout features clear exploded-view diagrams of the physical sensor package followed by a clean, split-screen UI structure displaying live metrics. This visual clarity isolates critical mechanical parts like the door rollers and links them directly to the software dashboard, so that facility managers immediately grasp the diagnostic ROI of the predictive maintenance platform showcase.
Our animation team utilized precise mechanical tracking and camera sweeps to demonstrate how physical movements translate into digital telemetry packets. The aesthetic leverages a high-contrast cinematic dark mode paired with vibrant signal highlights, reducing cognitive load by naturally guiding the eye to anomaly alerts. Integrating these dynamic UI elements alongside physical telemetry in the digital performance dashboard demonstration establishes an authoritative tone, building absolute trust and guiding building managers toward the final system upgrade.
