Esker
Esker's video was crafted to boldly contrast their agile digital solution against chaotic shared inbox workflows. In the competitive B2B customer support sector, reliance on standard shared inboxes frequently results in severe response delays, customer dissatisfaction, and complete operational blindness. Without AI-assisted inquiry categorization, Customer Service Representatives suffer from inbox fatigue while customers face inconsistent and slow communication. Our team structured the narrative around this tension to emphasize how neglecting modern inbox organization erodes brand trust and operational efficiency.
We initiated the design layout with a clear split-screen dichotomy, staging a clean workplace setup against a mounting stack of incoming envelope illustrations. This visual representation anchors our AI-driven inquiry management walkthrough of the Esker platform, highlighting the structural transition from a cluttered workspace to a highly systematic dashboard layout. The interface design clean-lists essential performance metrics and data trends, establishing an immediate contrast to the chaotic inbox chaos. Our design team arranged these clean modules and organized charts so that Customer Service Representatives immediately grasp how structured data organization optimizes daily processing speed.
To guide the viewer, the animation team at Advids utilized fluid flat-character movements coupled with rapid UI element transitions that clearly simulate the automated sorting process. We designed this intuitive interface guided tour around a balanced, high-contrast flat aesthetic, avoiding unnecessary visual clutter to significantly minimize cognitive fatigue for busy viewers. Each step in the communication loop-from receipt to department routing-animates with clean, deliberate motion to keep the viewer focused on the structural simplicity of the workspace. By pairing this crisp visual flow with an authoritative narrator, the video establishes a trustworthy, clear path to action that invites Operations Managers to rethink their inbox efficiency with Esker.
