Microsoft Intune
Microsoft Intune's video was engineered to make complex device compliance rules visually tangible for IT administrators. Managing a sprawling fleet of modern enterprise devices exposes organizations to severe security gaps if updates are delayed. Without centralized control, IT departments face escalating technical debt and critical data vulnerability from unpatched hardware. Our team addressed this challenge by developing a relatable, metaphor-driven narrative that reframes administrative overhead into structured order.
We built a playful Endpoint Daycare visual metaphor to ground abstract network policies in a highly relatable setting. This device security visual guide translates hardware endpoints-laptops, tablets, and phones-into energetic daycare attendees requiring structured guidance. By visualizing non-compliant devices placed in a designated time out chair, we established a clear graphic hierarchy so that SysAdmins immediately grasp the core concept of automated policy enforcement.
Structuring this high-level conceptual animation around clean, vector-based transitions allowed us to depict devices receiving synchronized system updates. The overall aesthetic vibe relies on a soft, cohesive pastel palette that maximizes legibility and significantly reduces cognitive load. This deliberate layout structure prevents viewer fatigue, guiding decision-makers through security compliance rules without overwhelming technical jargon. Through this authoritative narrative style, Advids establishes credibility, proving how cloud-based device tracking directly secures the modern enterprise fleet.
