WorkTango's video was built to visually prove the operational value and retention ROI of their employee experience software. HR leaders continuously combat employee turnover and disengagement. These factors heavily drain enterprise productivity, creating a massive financial drag. To counter this, our team at Advids highlighted how a points-based recognition system incentivizes daily alignment with organizational core values.
Our design team structured the visual architecture of the WorkTango interface around realistic, crisp dashboard layouts to establish a clear employee experience platform overview. We mocked up the user interface with distinct, uncluttered modules, including a simplified peer-to-peer recognition modal where users can easily input recipient names and allocate points. We also illustrated the global catalog cards, showing an array of non-markup merchandise and experiences. These clean compositions decode the technical flow of the software so that HR leaders immediately grasp the immediate administrative ease of scaling peer recognition.
To bring these interfaces to life, we utilized smooth modal expansions, clean cursor simulations, and crisp typographic transitions to construct a highly focused visual B2B platform breakdown. The animation guides the eye through automated milestone triggers. We designed a clear, uncluttered layout to reduce cognitive fatigue, letting viewers absorb the multi-layered rewards mechanics without feeling overwhelmed. This professional, structured rhythm ensures WorkTango establishes immediate trust, while the concluding call to action clearly directs HR leaders to begin transforming their workplace culture.
