SaaS Product Marketing Video for FieldRoutes Marketing Pro: Revenue Next to Every Campaign
FieldRoutes needed pest control owners to see that Marketing Pro shows what each email and postcard campaign earns back. This saas product marketing video answers with the product itself: 5 title cards name the features, and real Marketing Pro screens put a Revenue figure beside every campaign, segment and lead.

The problem: pest control owners can't see which mailer paid
A pest control company sends spring termite emails, mosquito cross-sell offers and postcards. Open and click counts do not answer the question the owner asks. The owner wants a different number: how much revenue came back from each send, so the next budget goes to the campaigns that earned it.
Marketing Pro answers that inside FieldRoutes, but a feature list cannot prove it. The video had to show the Revenue figure on real screens, from the account view down to one customer, in data a pest control owner recognizes as their own.
How the video walks from one promise to 5 features
Title cards split the video into 5 features, and on-screen text carries each one, so it reads with the sound off. Select a time to play that scene above.
| Time | On screen | What it does |
|---|---|---|
| Marketing Pro and FieldRoutes logos, then "Get full visibility into the performance of your marketing campaigns." The first dashboard shows Email Metrics and Direct Mail Metrics, each ending in a Revenue card. | States the one promise, then shows revenue on the very first screen. | |
| Title card "Track revenue gains", then a Segments list ("New Residential Customers", "Recurring Mosquito Customers") and the Automated Campaigns dashboard. | Opens the first feature with the money, not the setup. | |
| "All Campaigns" with Cost and Revenue columns, then the "Spring Campaign Automation" campaign: "Live", "Cross-sell Related Services", segment "Property Tag Segment", "Actual Email Reach 523" and "Actual Direct Mail Reach 120". | Follows one campaign from its line in the table to the people it reached. | |
| Title card "Unprecedented insight". Revenue counts up in the campaign table, "Email #1" shows the "Mosquito Cross-Sell" template with Sent, Delivered, Opened and Clicked bars, then the Performance Chart with a hover on "8 Sent". | Breaks one campaign into each email and each week. | |
| Title card "Granular insights". The Leads list opens on "Barry Smith": "Marketing Performance" for email and direct mail, "All Marketing Activity", and the tags "Lead", "Residential", "Termite", "Referral". | Shows the same numbers for one customer record. | |
| Title card "Multi-branch mastery". One-Time Campaigns, an "Accounts (All)" filter with "West" and "East", a Users list, and "Edit User" access profiles such as "Default Office Staff" and "Default Technician". | Answers the owner with more than one office. | |
| Title card "E-mail validation and suppression". Customers with "Valid" email status, a "Spring Termite Activity" email ending in "Changed your mind? Click here to unsubscribe.", and a Suppression list filtered by "Hard Bounce". | Shows the list stays clean, so the revenue numbers can be trusted. | |
| A recap of the metric cards, the Email #1 bars and the Performance Chart, then the FieldRoutes logo and a "Book a demo" button. | Repeats the proof and hands the viewer one next step. |
Storyboard: the frames that carry the FieldRoutes saas product marketing video
Key frames from the finished video, in order. Select a time to play that moment above.

The one promise the rest of the video proves.
The first feature is about money: "Track revenue gains".
One real campaign, with its source, medium, launch date and segment.
Each email reports its own results, down to clicks.
A new title card marks the move from campaigns to people.
The same metrics for a single lead.
Multi-branch control: each user gets an access profile.
The last feature keeps the list clean.
The email footer carries an unsubscribe line.
Suppression reasons the office can filter.
4 decisions behind the FieldRoutes Marketing Pro video
Decision 1
Show revenue on the first screen
The first dashboard at 0:09 already ends each row of metrics in a Revenue card, and the first title card at 0:18 is "Track revenue gains". Revenue sits in the same row as opens and clicks, not in a separate report.
Copy it: Find the one number your buyer reports to their boss and put it in your first product shot.
Decision 2
Give each feature a 2 to 3 word card
5 title cards ("Track revenue gains", "Unprecedented insight", "Granular insights", "Multi-branch mastery", "E-mail validation and suppression") split 3:52 of screens into parts a viewer can skip between.
Copy it: If your walkthrough runs past 2 minutes, name each section on screen and make the names your chapters.
Decision 3
Fill the demo account with the buyer's trade
The data is pest control: "Recurring Mosquito Customers" at 0:21, the "Mosquito Cross-Sell" template at 1:21, a "Termite" tag at 2:27 and a "Spring Termite Activity" email at 3:12.
Copy it: Build demo data from your buyer's own jobs, products and seasons, never "Test Campaign 1".
Decision 4
Zoom from the account to one customer
From 2:09 the video leaves the campaign tables and opens one lead, "Barry Smith", with his own email and direct mail performance and "All Marketing Activity".
Copy it: Show the roll-up, then one record, so the buyer sees the numbers are built from real people.
From Marketing Pro screens to a 5-part walkthrough
- 5 features, 5 title cards. The structure was set around 5 Marketing Pro features, from revenue tracking to email suppression, each opened by a short animated title.
- Dashboard graphics. Campaign, segment, lead, user and suppression screens were prepared as clean dashboard graphics filled with pest control data.
- UI element animation. Metric cards, tables, filters and email previews were animated in, with a cursor guiding the eye to the next click.
- Data visualization. Revenue figures count up in the campaign table, and the Performance Chart bars build for Sent, Opened and Clicked.
- Branded transitions. FieldRoutes colors, dot patterns and the leaf mark wipe between features and frame each title card.
- Sound, edit and grade. Sound effects were added, then the edit was finished and the color corrected and graded.
Scope of work:
Production took 3 to 4 weeks on a budget of $1,200 to $2,000. See the SaaS video production service for how a project like this is scoped.
Questions about the FieldRoutes saas product marketing video
Why does the FieldRoutes Marketing Pro video open on "Get full visibility"?
The line at 0:08, "Get full visibility into the performance of your marketing campaigns.", is the one promise the video proves. The next shot, at 0:09, is the dashboard, so the claim is tested on a real screen straight away.
How does the video show revenue attribution?
Revenue sits beside every campaign: in the metric cards at 0:09, in the Cost and Revenue columns of "All Campaigns" at 0:33, and in the "Spring Campaign Automation" drill-down from 0:42. The title card "Track revenue gains" at 0:18 names the feature.
Why is the demo data about mosquitoes and termites?
Marketing Pro is sold to pest control businesses on FieldRoutes. Segments like "Recurring Mosquito Customers" (0:21), the "Mosquito Cross-Sell" template (1:21) and a "Spring Termite Activity" email (3:12) let an owner picture their own campaigns.
How does the video show a business with more than one branch?
After the title card "Multi-branch mastery" at 2:33, an "Accounts (All)" filter offers "West" and "East" (2:39), then "Edit User" assigns profiles such as "Default Office Staff", "Default Sales Rep" and "Default Technician" (2:54).
What does the email suppression section prove?
From 3:00 the video shows customers marked "Valid", an unsubscribe line in the email footer (3:18), and a Suppression list filtered by reasons such as "Hard Bounce" and "Spam Complaint" (3:27). It tells the owner the list stays clean, so the revenue figures stay honest.
How long did the Marketing Pro video take and what did it cost?
Production took 3 to 4 weeks on a budget of $1,200 to $2,000. The scope covered dashboard graphics, UI and data animation, title cards, sound effects, the final edit and color grading.
