PolyWorks
PolyWorks's video was engineered to highlight the adaptive flexibility of their measurement parameters when probing complex physical parts. In the high-precision aerospace and automotive manufacturing sectors, failing to properly establish geometric measurement constraints leads to critical assembly errors and expensive scrap. Without absolute control over how data points are calculated, inspectors risk relying on faulty spatial evaluations that compromise product safety.
Our design team initiated the layout by positioning side-by-side comparisons of the digital CAD workspace and the physical engine casing. This metrology software visual guide uses highly structured UI mockups to highlight the drop-down selectors for minimum, maximum, and best-fit parameters alongside the physical measurement points. By structuring these components with clear vector deviation arrows, we ensure that quality control inspectors immediately grasp the temporal and financial ROI of real-time parameter adjustment.
To illustrate the post-probing editing capabilities, we animated the fluid transition of geometric boundaries as the operator modifies the fitting type. We at Advids styled this technical capability overview with a high-contrast visual hierarchy that minimizes cognitive load during complex data analysis. This structural clarity, paired with an authoritative narrative, builds deep trust in the software's reliability and drives manufacturers to integrate the system into their inspection pipelines.
