Relex
RELEX's video was built to visually prove the immediate financial and temporal ROI of their workload forecasting software. Within retail management, disconnected labor and supply chain planning create persistent operational friction. Without workload forecasting, Retail Operations Directors face costly overstaffing during low-demand periods or severe labor shortages during peak delivery arrivals. This failure to align staff with actual task volumes leads directly to inflated operating costs and missed revenue.
Our design team anchored the retail workload forecasting walkthrough in a minimalist, flat 2D style that prioritizes clarity and layout structure over dense detail. We mapped a simplified isometric retail floor plan displaying distinct hubs for shelf stocking, cashiering, and online picking. Alongside this operational environment, we structured simplified task-distribution bar charts to contrast traditional sales-based schedules with actual workload demand. This clean, dual-pane composition eliminates distracting dashboard clutter so that Retail Operations Directors immediately grasp the value of aligning staffing hours with actual task volumes.
Our team at Advids paced the motion design to mirror a balanced workflow, using measured transformations and synchronized visual layers that reflect how work hours match operational tasks. Structuring this animated platform explanation video with a clean, low-fatigue aesthetic ensures that the viewer is never overwhelmed by statistical complexity. By easing cognitive load through a steady, step-by-step kinetic progression, we guide Planners naturally toward the analytical solution. The video's clear, authoritative tone drives the final call to action, establishing RELEX as a reliable partner in labor optimization.
