Pneumatic Scale Angelus
Pneumatic Scale Angelus's video was engineered to peel back the exterior casing and reveal the intricate internal mechanics driving their machinery. In the highly regulated food packaging industry, manufacturers of multi-phase dressings and sauces cannot afford the heavy operational tolls of slow sanitation cycles and product contamination risks. Relying on outdated bottling hardware often leads to costly product contamination or severe production halts during container format change-overs. Our team designed this visual asset to demonstrate how a modernized, hygienic filling system mitigates these risks by prioritizing cleanliness and operational flexibility.
To construct this visual narrative, our design team established a layout that layers detailed 3D CAD schematic models directly onto physical machinery footage. This dual-filling turret walkthrough highlights the internal product pathways and the modular design of the stainless steel components. We call out structural details like the sloped-base sanitary legs and the integrated clean-in-place spray balls, placing them alongside simplified diagnostic screens. This organized layout ensures that Packaging Engineers immediately grasp the ease of maintenance and the exact physical accessibility of the system.
The animation sequence drives comprehension by systematically highlighting the physical path of bottles and the mechanical rotation of capping chucks. We structured this machinery feature video around a highly technical aesthetic, balancing industrial steel textures with bright indicator overlays to reduce cognitive fatigue during complex sequences. By isolating moving parts and overlaying them with green and red status feedback, the composition helps viewers process complex engineering mechanics without visual overwhelm. In collaboration with Pneumatic Scale Angelus, our team at Advids delivered an authoritative technical presentation that builds engineering credibility and drives engagement.
