ABB
ABB's video was created to show how physical machinery synchronizes with digital control centers. In the heavy industry sector, low-voltage motors drive critical infrastructure, yet their internal health remains difficult to track. Without automated oversight, Plant Operators face the constant risk of unplanned downtime and catastrophic production halts. Our design team focused on bridging this visibility gap to ensure operational continuity.
Our design team utilized a high-contrast, minimalist 3D environment to isolate ABB hardware from industrial clutter. We developed this predictive maintenance visual guide by employing exploded-view schematics that reveal internal bearing and rotor components. The composition routes complex vibration and cooling data into clean callout labels that align with the physical motor frame. This structural clarity organizes the data flow so that Maintenance Engineers immediately grasp the monitoring concept.
The animation strategy relies on smooth rotational perspectives and data-node expansion to track the flow of information from the ABB sensor to the cloud. This technical product walkthrough employs a clinical, monochromatic palette to reduce cognitive fatigue while maintaining focus on the primary hardware. By keeping the aesthetic focused on structural geometry and logical data routing, Advids avoids the visual noise that typically overwhelms industrial stakeholders. The resulting authoritative tone builds immediate trust and positions the system as the standard for industrial modernization.
